Passport to Nature

CONNECT WITH B.C.’S NATURAL HABITATS WITH PASSPORT TO NATURE

TLC’s Passport to Nature program is an annual event series that connects TLC supporters and the public with nature. With Passport to Nature, you can:

  • Explore new places, including TLC protected areas that are typically closed to the public
  • Learn from TLC staff & board, local nature experts, and seasoned naturalists
  • Meet fellow nature-lovers in the conservation community
  • Gain hands-on skills in ecological restoration, plant & fungi ID, pollinator-friendly gardening, and more!

In-Person or Online Events
Passport to Nature offers in-person events at multiple locations across British Columbia. Online events offer the convenience and comfort of participating from anywhere!

Nature for All
TLC aims to provide equal access to nature and environmental education. Unless otherwise indicated, registration for Passport to Nature events is FREE. Events cater to a wide range of abilities and are family-friendly. Given that some events are more physically demanding than others, we recommend you review each event’s details before participating.

Registration
Registration for events ensures that you receive all event-related communications, including updates, directions, and packing lists. Event registration is required for select events with attendance maximums. Please register in advance to secure your spot and let us know if you can no longer attend so that we can give your spot to someone on the waitlist.
