As a land trust, The Land Conservancy of B.C. can receive donations of land, cash, other assets, and covenants as well as bequests. These donations support our work to protect important habitat for plants, animals and natural communities as well as properties with historical, cultural, scientific, scenic or compatible recreational value.

Planned Giving and Bequests
Whether you give cash or assets such as real estate, stock, or other property, a planned gift can create a lasting legacy for future generations.
Host a Fundraiser
TLC welcomes individuals, corporations, local community groups and others to host Third Party fundraising events on behalf of TLC. You can host your event as a wholly virtual event (online only) or as a online event page combined with a live event (such as a birthday party or car wash).
In Memoriam
Honour the memory of a loved one with a donation to protect wild spaces in B.C.
Tribute Gift
Save a vital habitat by making a special gift in honour of someone you care about. Give a holiday themed Tribute Card.
Looking for something special for your loved ones? Consider a symbolic ecosystem or animal habitat gift this year; your honouree will receive a personalized greeting card, certificate, and information leaflet filled with facts about the ecosystem or animal habitat that your gift protects.
Donating or Selling Your Land
As a landowner, you may wish to protect the natural, agricultural and/or historical features of your property. One option to consider is gifting or selling your land to a land trust such as TLC.
Conservation Covenants
As a landowner, you may want to ensure protection of a particular natural, agricultural or historical feature of your land without giving up ownership. In these cases, a conservation covenant is an effective land preservation tool.
Endownment Funds
Help build a foundation for the future. Endownment funds are powerful tools that TLC uses to establish permanent, self-sustaining sources of support for our vital work and the properties we preserve.
Donate a Car
You can turn your vehicle donation into generous dollars to support TLC! Working on our behalf, Donate a Car Canada will accept your vehicle for donation — running, or not! Old or new!
