Dear TLC supporters,

On behalf of TLC’s Board of Directors and staff, I’m pleased to invite you to our 2025 Annual General Meeting. This year, TLC’s AGM will be held virtually via Zoom video conference on Saturday, September 27th, at 1:00 p.m. PDT. Kindly RSVP by Friday, September 19th, to receive the Zoom meeting link. Please RSVP online, by calling us toll-free at 1-877-485-2422, or by sending an email to admin@conservancy.bc.ca. For online RSVPs, visit www.conservancy.bc.ca/AGM. Upon registering, we will send you an email with the Zoom meeting link. For TLC supporters without access to a computer, we will provide information for joining the meeting via telephone.

At the end of 2025, TLC’s fiscal year-end will be changing to December 31st (previously April 30th). Changes to the fiscal year-end reflect the annual cycles of TLC’s current programs and will enhance our efficiency in completing our audit and financial statements. In 2026, you can anticipate our AGM will be held in June to reflect this change.

I hope you can join us this September to review TLC’s conservation achievements for the 2024/25 fiscal year. Should you be unable to attend our AGM, TLC’s Annual Report, Audited Financial Statements, and the AGM’s Meeting Minutes will be available on our website or in hard copy by request. If you have any questions, need help with the registration process, or with day-of meeting access, please reach out via the contact info above. Please find details about our election procedures below. We truly appreciate your continued engagement and support of our conservation projects and programming.

Sincerely,

Dianna Stenberg
Executive Director
