This covenant area includes a Garry oak rocky outcrop, undisturbed riparian zone along Monty Creek and a second growth Douglas fir buffer between the two. Monty Creek is a fish bearing stream with cutthroat trout up to 6 cm. It is a seasonal stream that begins in a natural wetland coming off Reginald Hill. There is also a waterfall present on the property.
