This property contains mature Douglas-fir ecosystems and an unused water reservoir. The landowners will work with Wilderness Mountain Water Corporation to maintain the health of the resevoir. The reservoir also provides habitat for many wetland plants and animals as well as for local wildlife. The conservation covenant is held by TLC, Habitat Acquisition Trust and Wilderness Mountain Water Corporation.
