The Masters Covenanted area is composed of mixed coniferous-deciduous mature forest, with a steep drop off from the forest to the Puntledge River. This property contains significant greenways space, with value for both humans and wildlife. This covenanted protects the local wildlife of the area including local bear, bird, and deer as well as several small mammal species. There are numerous trails throughout the covenant for hiking and recreation.
