Covenanted in 2011
This covenant site consists of 3 ecosystem components: a Garry oak meadow-like ecosystem, early to mid-seral Douglas-fir forest, and a creek area passing through the property. This covenant protects the area from development, or from being converted to pastures, preserving the native species within the community.
