CANCELLED: Passport to Nature: Second Lake Trail Maintenance
July 11, 2020 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Join TLC in taking some much needed love and care at Second Lake. Second Lake is an important part of the upper Millstream Creek watershed and protects the endangered forests of the Coastal Douglas-fir ecosystem. This conservation area is not open to the public to preserve the sensitive natural systems but guided events provide the community a unique experience. We will conduct some trail clearing and offer a naturalist guided walk around the lake. Facilities are limited.
Please remember your water, snacks, and appropriate footwear.
View TLC’s 2020 Passport to Nature for a full listing of our nature events designed with you in mind – those who want to explore the wild outdoors, learn new skills and meet like-minded people.
