Forest Bathing at TLC’s Sooke Hills Covenant

Take a study break to explore an area of the Sea to Sea Regional Park which experienced a wildfire in the summer of 2017.  We will monitor the burn site to see how the forest is recovering.  Trails are maintained, however sturdy footwear is recommended as we will be stepping off-trail to the site and some elevation gain will occur.  Be sure to pack water and lunch.  The hike is open to everyone.
