Forest Bathing at TLC’s Barer and Kinghorn Covenants

Take a study break to learn about the natural history and forest ecology of the Mt. Work area. Expect a 3 km hike with a stop to a ‘secret cabin’ for lunch.  Trails are maintained, however sturdy footwear is recommended as there is slight elevation gain.  Be sure to pack water and lunch.
