Ayum Creek Plant the Peninsula  

Location: Ayum Creek Regional Park, Laidlaw Road, Sooke, B.C.

Time: 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Help restore the biodiversity of Ayum Creek by planting native seedlings along the peninsula surrounding its salmon-bearing stream. Roll up your sleeves to dig, place deer cages, and water young plants. Volunteers of all ages welcome!

This event is held in collaboration with the T’Sou-ke First Nation, the Capital Regional District, and Habitat Acquisition Trust and is funded by the TD Friends of the Environment Grant.
