DeMamiel Creek Covenants lies within the Coastal Douglas-fir biogeoclimatic zone. The native species Cedar-sword fern, Douglas-fir, Western Hemlock, and salal are all found within the properties. DeMamiel Creek and Rocky Creek provide excellent habitat to several salmon species.
