This property, situated between Mount Work Regional Park and the Second Lake property, consists of second growth Douglas Fir forest in the District of Highlands in the Capital Regional District. Also part of this greenbelt of protected area is the Gowlland Tod Provincial Park. The property contains regionally and provincially significant habitat values.
