12.3 Hectares Located on Salt Spring Island, Covenanted in 2001
The Achilles Covenant is a heavily forested property on Salt Spring Island. It contains 2 ponds, a rocky outcrop and bluff area which hosts rare and endangered vegetation. The forest on the property is mostly mixed coniferous and deciduous forest, with varied understory vegetation. Many wildlife trees are present, and the ponds provide habitat for birds, amphibians and Cutthroat Trout.
