NOTICE TO CREDITORS

IN THE MATTER OF THE COMPANIES’ CREDITORS ARRANGEMENT ACT AND IN THE MATTER OF TLC THE LAND CONSERVANCY OF BRITISH COLUMBIA, INC. NO. S36826 AND TLC THE LAND CONSERVANCY (ENTERPRISES) LTD. (Collectively referred to as the “TLC”)

TAKE NOTICE THAT, by Order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia (the “Court“) dated October 7, 2013, Wolrige Mahon Limited was appointed the Monitor (the “Monitor“) of TLC. On March 4, 2014, the Court approved a process to be followed by the Monitor to determine the nature and quantum of the claims against TLC, as at October 7, 2013, to facilitate a future distribution of monies realized from TLC’s assets. As part of that process, each person with a claim against TLC, as at October 7, 2013, must prove their claim to the Monitor.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all persons with claims against TLC, as at October 7, 2013, must prove their claim to the Monitor. Proof of the claim must be made using the Proof of Claim Form (found at the Monitor’s website www.wmltrustees.com) and sufficient evidence of the claim as described on the form must be provided. Alternatively, the Proof of Claim Form can be obtained by contacting the Monitor: Wolrige Mahon Limited, 900 – 400 Burrard Street, Vancouver, BC. V6C 3B7, Attention: Gord McMorran or Jonathan McNair (604 – 684 – 6212).

The Proof of Claim Form must be completed, and returned to the Monitor by 5:00 pm (Pacific Time) April 25, 2014 in order for a claimant to participate in a distribution of funds from the assets of TLC. Claims received after April 25, 2014 will not be entitled to receive monies from the Monitor.
