64.8 hectares on Cortes Island
Covenanted in 2009

This property is ecologically significant in that the coastal bluffs maintain the integrity of a cross-island, biodiversity linkage system. It is also representative of several rare ecosystem types. Hanks Beach is a cherished by Cortes islanders as a recreation site, including a network of walking trails throughout the property, a beach area, and a series of oceanfront bluffs. This covenant has significant social/heritage value to the local community.
