6.78 hectares in Langford
Covenanted in 2007

The Camus Hill covenant area contains relatively undisturbed rocky knolls with coverings of native grass and spring flowering lilies. This property also consists of wet areas interspersed with Douglas-fir forests and the red-listed Arbutus-Hairy manzanita plant community. A large variety of wildlife can be found on the properly. Butterflies, including the Common branded skipper and Moss’s elfin have been seen flying, feeding and in the case of Moss’s elfin, breeding, every year.
