On February 18th, Heritage B.C. hosted their 35th Anniversary Awards Gala at The Imperial in downtown Vancouver. Held during Heritage Week, the 2016 Awards recognized and honoured special projects and accomplishments by British Columbians in Heritage Conservation.

This year the Ross Bay Villa Society was recognized with a Heritage Conservation Outstanding Achievement Award for their dedication in restoring the 1865 house museum using original materials and authentic techniques. Davyd McMinn, Vice president of the Ross Bay Villa Society, accepted the award on behalf of the Society.

TLC Members, Board and Staff wish to congratulate the Ross Bay Villa Society on their award. Their hard work and dedication in restoring the house is an inspiration to all.
