Come out this Saturday to join UVic’s Ecological Restoration Volunteer Network and The Land Conservancy of B.C. in a very special workshop and removal event!

We will be meeting in front of the UVic library at 9:50 a.m., after which we will head to Cunningham Woods. This event will start with a series of workshops and move into an invasive species removal session, and all are welcome to come and go as they need.

10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. – Plant Identification Workshop led by TLC
11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. – Invasive Species Removal How-To with UVic’s own Sammy Kent
12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. – Optional Invasive Species Removal

Snacks, coffee, and tools will be provided; all are welcome to stay or leave for this portion; we will also be joined by folks from Unite UVic whose platform is based heavily in support for environmental initiatives such as this one! We hope to see you there!
